How can I prepare for my visit?
If you are accessing a visit from your computer or laptop, we recommend testing your computer camera and audio prior to your visit. Also, be sure your device is plugged in or fully charged.
What if I get disconnected?
If you get disconnected for any reason, start a new session. You'll only be charged for one visit.
What web browser will I need if I'm accessing my visit through my computer?
Can I access a video visit without a camera or microphone?
You will need a working camera, microphone and speaker(s) in order to access a video visit. If you do not have the proper technology for a video visit, we encourage you to call your provider's office. Phone consultations can sometimes be scheduled if video visits are not an option for you.
Can I access video visits without a smartphone?
Yes, however you will need a tablet or computer with a working camera, microphone and speaker(s) in order to access a video visit.
How can I access a video visit from The Christ Hospital Health Network app?
Download the app from Google Play or the App Store. Then click "24/7 Video Visits." Log in, sign up or continue as guest.
Can I add other people to my visit?
You can, however, we recommend the visit remain private between you and your provider.
How do I show my provider photos of my condition during my visit?
Use the "Add Images" field to upload your images. Your provider will be able to see these images during your visit.
Do I have to fill out the Primary Care Provider, Images and Pharmacy fields?
If you do not have a primary care provider or images you would like to share during your video visit, you can leave those fields blank. The "Pharmacy" field is mandatory.
How do I end my visit?
To end your visit, simply click the "End" button at the top of the screen.
