Whether you're dropping in for a routine check-up or need major surgery, the doctors and staff at The Christ Hospital Health Network want you to always be satisfied with our services and care. That's why we provide many ways for you to tell us about your experience. With your feedback, we can know what's working and what can be improved.
After you provide a comment or review, a team member will take time to read and consider it, as well as share it with the appropriate office or department. We genuinely care and are listening. Your thoughts are important to us as we strive to provide the highest quality care and best patient experience.
Tell us how we did
We encourage patients and their families to tell us how we did during a recent office or testing visit or hospital stay. We make this easy by offering several options for providing feedback. You can use one ore more of these options:
Fill out a patient survey
You may receive a patient survey in your email or mailed to your home. If so, please complete it! These quick, simple surveys are the easiest way to tell us how we're doing.
Complete an online review
Online reviews are a great way to acknowledge your doctor and the excellent care you've received. You can go online to websites like Google or Healthgrades to leave a review. These third-party sites can help those choosing a provider gain insights from your experience.
To leave a review on Google:
- Go to Google.com.
- Type your provider's name or the location you visited (for example, “The Christ Hospital” or “The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care").
- The provider's or location's local listing box should show. It includes a "Write a review" button. Click this button to leave your review.
- Note: You will need a Google Account to provide a review this way.
To leave a review on Healthgrades:
- Go to Healthgrades.com.
- Type your provider's name in the search box.
- Click on the "Leave A Review" link located in your provider's listing.
- Fill out the review form.
- Note: Leaving your name is optional. You must leave your email address, but it will not appear in your review.
