Badges
All Christ Hospital Health Network construction workers must wear a valid TCHHN ID badge. The badge must be worn between the waist line and neck line and must be visible from the front. A copy of TCHHN badge request form is located at the end of each safety manual. Information on the process of how to request a badge can be found with the form in the manual. Lost badges are to be reported to TCHHN Safety and Security within 24 hours. The badges are good for 12 months from date of issuance.
