Continuing Medical Education (CME) at The Christ Hospital refers to educational opportunities that promote high-quality patient care, educate health care providers on up-to-date research, techniques and standards, and enhance the health status of the community. Our primary target audience for CME is physicians who have completed residency/fellowship training and entered clinical practice.

The mission of our Continuing Medical Education program is, "to partner with the Quality Management and Graduate Medical Education departments to provide our physicians and their clinical partners with educational activities that further develop the clinical and professional knowledge and skills needed to improve the health of our community."

The Christ Hospital is accredited through the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) to provide CME. Physicians and physician assistants may receive CME credits commensurate with their participation in a CME activity. Allied health personnel may use CME credits to fulfill continuing education requirements for licensing purposes in the state of Ohio
