Dr. Russell was amazing

Dr. Russell listened to my concerns, made good suggestions, and explained the medication changes she was making. She was very thorough and also suggested a second opinion if further interventions were needed. I feel that she took my complaints seriously and made a concerted effort to address them.

It was clear My chart had not been looked at before this appointment. Everything including tests are being repeated from last time but no new symptoms have arrived. This is literally taking years and wouldn't if things didn't need to be repeated.

My concern was addressed in a very compassionate manner. She prescribed a medication that was beneficial and relieved the problem. She made me feel very comfortable discussing a very sensitive topic.
