Hello World, a platform powered by Epic, our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

To ensure you continue receiving these important notifications via text messaging, make sure your mobile phone number is accurate in
MyChart:
Log in to
MyChart.
Select
Personal Information or Account Settings.
Verify or update your mobile number.
What You Are Now Able to Do With Hello World
Manage Your Communication Preferences
To customize your communication preferences, log in to your MyChart account. and under
Account Settings select
Communication Preferences. You can control the types of information you receive via text or other communication tools such as mail, email, phone, and MyChart App push notifications. You can control how and when you receive information and updates including:
Appointment reminders
Health-related messages, results, and reminders
Billing and account information
How to access virtual appointments
Follow-up questionaires
Manage Your Text Notifications
With our new text messaging service, you can use the following instructions to opt-in or out of this service:
Opt-In: By signing up, you’ll receive important updates about your healthcare. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Note: If you are already opted-in to our previous system, you are automatically opted-in to the new service. You can opt-out at any time, or, as noted above, log in to MyChart to update your preferences on what types of notifications you receive.
Opt-Out: If you decide you no longer want to receive text notifications, reply STOP to any message.
Manage Your Care via Text With Two-Way Communications
With your next text messaging service, you can conveniently manage aspects of your care via two-way text communications. For example, you may be prompted to reply to a text with a specific response to allow you to confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment.
SMS Program Disclosure
Text messages related to your relationship with The Christ Hospital Health Network (TCHHN), including updates related to your visits, MyChart account, billing notifications, one-time passcode, prescription reminders, and care management, will be sent to the phone number on file.
For help, text
HELP, and to opt out of notifications from a specific short code, text STOP to that number when you receive a text.
