Dr felt very disinterested in what I had to say and I felt rushed . Didn't offer to review past labs

Really liked Dr Costa - she was great and took the time to talk through all concerns! I am excited to have found a new provider!!

The doctor didn't address any of my concerns. She had her routine and that is all she was there to do. I asked for bloodwork that wasn't ordered. I talked about concerns with hormones - she didn't address it. I talked about new diagnoses (ulcerative colitis) and asked about possible risks that could come along whtjh that - she didn't say one word about it. She did not spend any time going over my concerns. She did the exam and talked about me needing to schedule a mammogram because of my age.

I really liked Dr. Costa. She is very personable and friendly.

Dr. Costa is the best!

Dr Costa and her staff are very attentive from check in to check out. I have referred a few of my coworkers and friends and they too agree

I usually have such great feedback for Dr. Costa but this time was not the case. I was really discouraged after this appointment. I was really looking forward to telling her about my weight loss progress and asking her questions about birth control options so that I can have better options moving forward with this journey. However, she was very rushed during the appointment. She didn't really seem interested in anything I had to say about why I was stopping the birth control and kept interrupting me and it made me very discouraged about being open with her. She ran through the medicine options very quickly that I didn't really process them. I was clearly upset and she didn't really address that with me. I brought up that I was bothered that she kept interrupting me so she apologized and tried to redeem herself by asking me what I was going to say, but it just didn't seem genuine. It just felt like she was going through the motions of the appointment and like she didn't really care about my situation. Last year she was so fantastic during the appointment and took It slow by talking through the process and asking me questions about my life and everything but this year I just was really discouraged and did not have a good experience at all.

Dr. Costa was AMAZING! She made me feel heard and seen and showed empathy when discussing my issues and possible treatments

She was both thorough and quick when we discussed my ultrasound and some of the acute symptoms I've been having and what to take which was great.

We didn't really discuss anything I was seen very quickly and released the entire visit was approximately 10 minutes including wait time and getting dressed

I love that she remembers to me ask about something in my personal life. That's a very nice personalized touch.

I don't feel like I was heard when I explained my concerns and symptoms. It's seemed like her mind was made up and she wasn't open to other possibilities that could be causing my discomfort.
