Cincinnati (December 20, 2024) –The Christ Hospital Health Network dropped off cereal, toaster pastries and snacks to students at William H. Taft Elementary on Friday, Dec. 20. Team members of The Christ Hospital Health Network donated 1,079 boxes of cereal, enough for every student to bring four boxes home.
Many of these students receive breakfast during the school week and while they are away for the winter break, these boxes of cereal will feed them at home while they’re away off from school.
"We are happy to once again donate much-needed cereal for students at William H. Taft Elementary School ahead of the holidays,” said Lori Fey, clinical nurse manager at The Christ Hospital Health Network and organizer of the cereal drive. “We look forward every year to making a positive impact on the community. This cereal drive is a great way to kickoff the holiday season for dozens of students in Cincinnati. We wish them and their families a Happy Holidays.”
