The Christ Hospital residency program participates in the ASHP Resident Matching Program and utilizes the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). Applicants to the PGY-1 Residency Program are required to provide the following through PhORCAS:
- Application materials required by PhORCAS:
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Basic demographic information
- Verified transcripts
- Three references on standardized reference template in PhORCAS
- Extracurricular information
Supplemental materials required by The Christ Hospital:
- Photograph taken during on site interview
Applicant Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, in the state of Ohio
- Meets criteria for employment at The Christ Hospital including a negative drug and nicotine screen
