What to expect at the Health & Aging Center

When you become a patient at the Health and Aging Center, your entire support system gains access to a level of care seldom experienced anywhere else. We make time in each of our appointments to get to know you and your caregivers.

We value the input of the people who know you best and we use their insights to help craft your care plan. Your first two appointments will be longer than typical doctor visits. These appointments are specifically designed to develop a comprehensive care plan. Most of our time together will be spent in relaxed discussion.

Just as important, you’ll gain confidence that you and your family will get the right diagnosis, care and support!
