Dr. Long earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed an internship in surgery at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH and a residency in diagnostic radiology at the Ohio State University Medical Center, where he was named chief resident. Dr. Long also completed a fellowship in vascular interventional radiology from Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MA.

Dr. Long specializes in vascular intervention and is certified by the American Board of Radiology and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He also serves as a member of The Radiologic Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Ohio State Radiological Society.
