Dr. Dama specializes in sleep medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care. He received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India. He completed two residencies in internal medicine the first at Rotary University of Health Sciences, Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad, India, and the second at New York Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Dama also completed his fellowship in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care in New York at the Albany Medical College.
Dr. Dama is a member of both the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Thoracic Society. He has been recognized multiple times as one of Cincinnati's best pulmonologists by Cincinnati Magazine. He has received honors for research, professional attitude and behavior, and teaching, and has been published in the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians professional journals. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Sleep Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care.
In his free time Dr. Dama enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as playing tennis and watching movies.
