I was provided the opportunity to discuss and concerns I had. All results of the exam were explained in detail along with the actions taken to address the treatment of the per-cancerous spots that were Identified.

I think Mary was very nice and wasn't pushy about any of her recommendations. But she didn't really ask me any questions about what my skin is like, what products I use, any relevant medical history, how much knowledge I have about the topic so I felt like she didn't really have a full understanding of what I was trying to get out of the visit. She offered several procedures and medications that could help with specific problems but because she didn't ask me any questions it felt like she was just offering generic "solutions" without much explanation of the causes of the problems or how the medication/procedure would fix it so I left feeling no real confidence in any of the suggestions because I feel like I learned nothing. [...] I just wish she had lead the conversation more, and asked me more questions when I asked what I could do to prevent the issue because if she doesn't know what I'm already doing she can't tell me if I'm doing something wrong. [...] I would only recommend her to someone who already knows a lot about skin and has a procedure in mind already and just want a second opinion. Not a good match for someone who is on their first dermatologist visit and doesn't have much knowledge, because I left feeling like I gained nothing.
