Lindsay Wardle, DO, is a board-certified OB/GYN with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her areas of interest include well woman care, breast health, normal and high-risk pregnancy care, family planning, infertility, minimally invasive gynecological surgery, hormone replacement therapy, menopause, and pelvic floor disorders.
Dr. Wardle comes from a family of women in medicine. Her mom is a cath lab nurse, and her grandmother was a labor and delivery nurse. “I was always fascinated by childbirth,” Dr. Wardle says. “After my first delivery in medical school, I knew that I had found my calling.”
Dr. Wardle encourages her patients to approach healthcare as a partnership so they feel fully invested in their care decisions. “I am here to answer all your questions and discuss your options so you feel empowered to make decisions for your health.”
Dr. Wardle graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Wardle is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Osteopathic Association.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find Dr. Wardle on the run. She has participated in a number of half-marathons, 5Ks, and one full marathon. She also enjoys travel, beach vacations, and cake decorating.
