Once a doctor knows their patient for awhile, I would think the doctor could be a little more cordial towards them. This one is more on the cool side. More neutral. More like just doesn't care one way or another. Pretty much reads the checklist for the patient assessment and that's it. No effort to make a doctor-patient relationship.
