Dr. Fitzgerald earned his BS from Purdue University and his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency and served as chief resident.
Dr. Fitzgerald is certified in advanced laparoscopic surgery and trans-obturator, sub-urethal support systems and he is a board certified diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He a recipient of the Research Science Award from Indiana University Medical Center and the Academic Achievement Award from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
He is a member of the Cincinnati Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Ohio State Medical Association, American Fertility Society and the Warren County Medical Association.
