Noah Day, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner with The Christ Hospital Physicians-Heart & Vascular who specializes in cardiovascular critical care. He provides inpatient care to patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit at The Christ Hospital in Mt. Auburn.
Noah’s long-term interest in anatomy and physiology drove his decision to choose medicine as a career. He focuses on delivering high-quality care while making sure patients feel seen and heard.
“During hospital stays, patients can feel overwhelmed by the lack of autonomy from needing help to walk or even simply requesting a shave,” he says. “I try to humanize their experience through casual conversation, talking about mutual interests, or providing insight about their hospital stay. It helps create a trusting, caring environment.”
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and his Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University. He is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
In his free time, Noah enjoys gardening, reading, watching horror movies, and spending time with his partner and two pets.
