Aging gracefully is about having a sharp mind, a strong body, and stylish beauty at every stage of life. Please join us for an in-person workshop on doing just that!
The morning begins with a delicious breakfast from DelightMore Catering and our keynote speaker, Patricia McCarthy Faust, speaking on her book, “The Boomer Brain.”
A variety of topics will follow:
Dr. Jewell Gaulding of Premier Cincinnati Dermatology will talk about what every woman should know about aging skin.
Learn about herbs and plants medicinal use from Greg Torres, a professional horticulturist.
A Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio representative will present a demonstration on the positive effects of managing your balance.
A styling expert from Dillards will provide commentary on fashion, showing 3 styles for the summer season.
The morning concludes with Trish McEvoy representatives demonstrating the proper application of makeup and helpful tips for maturing skin.

Registration Fee: $25.00 per person. Includes catered breakfast, program, and valet parking.
Parking: Complimentary valet parking is offered at the Joint & Spine Center entrance. On-site garage and lot parking is also available.
