I would have liked to know what I could do to improve at home via dietary or lifestyle changes to improve my chances of recovery.

What a colossal waste of my good time. Dr. Burkart spent a less than 5 minutes. Whipped through a Quick Look at ears & throat & immediately diagnosed 14 days of additional steroids, nose spray & declared if it doesn't work, come back in for CT scan told him I just completed 14 days to no avail.
