Barbara Ramlo-Halsted, MD
Dr. Ramlo-Halsted earned her medical degree at Yale University School of Medicine, where she was a member of the medical honor society. While at Yale, the American Medical Women's Association presented her with the JM Glasgow Memorial Award for being in the top 10 percent of her class.
She completed her internal medicine residency and fellowship in clinical and research endocrinology at the University of California, San Diego. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Ramlo-Halsted has earned numerous distinctions throughout her career, including being named among Cincinnati Magazine's top doctors in diabetes eight times, UC Medical Center's Outstanding Young Physician in 2005 and the YWCA Rising Star award in 2004.
