I have lost 5 pounds. The doctor asked me how did I lose it? I told her eating Mediterranean food. She said it wasn't good for me to eat rice. I told her that I don't eat rice a lot maybe twice a month she said ok. She was very concerned about my family situation and I thank her for her advice.
