Not sure that my concerns are being understood and feel like I bother them by not understanding or needing more details and/or response to concerns.

I am so happy to be under Helina's care. I noticed a huge difference even on this first visit. She was wonderful.

Helina was super thorough, speaks to you in a way that does not make you feel dumb, answers all questions, very personable.

Helina Rudd and all the staff members I encountered were very attentive to my needs. This office is excellent.

At first Helina said, "I really can't do anything to help you w this. Your body is riddled w arthritis at this point. " I stated what I wanted: a discussion about my shoulder and I requested she order an x-ray. We had a really good discussion after that. I was happy when I left re the care I received and I feel that I can speak openly and frankly w Helina.

My care Provider is wonderful.

NP Rudd is excellent! She listens caringly , advises clearly and conducts a thorough medical visit.

Provider was wanting to push medications versus trying diet and exercise approach, that worked well in the past, commenting well it's not my fault if something happens to you. Also, very unaware of a how fluctuating hormones contribute to lab increases. She was following a textbook approach instead of focusing holistically on the person.
