Our providers are all board certified in internal medicine, meaning they specialize in healthcare and wellness for patients ages 18 and older. James Corwin, MD, Daniel Silvestri, MD, and Darcy Westermeyer, CNP, along with the rest of your care team are here to provide you with the best possible care and experience. Our office provides annual preventive well visits, follow-up care for chronic medical conditions, pre-operative exams as well as same-day sick appointments. We are conveniently located off I-71, exit 6, in the Rookwood Tower. Ample patient parking and a centralized location mean our practice is great option for residents along I-71 and the surrounding communities.
