Social and emotional support can have a positive influence on your health. Heart and vascular patients in The Christ Hospital Health Network don't have to go it alone. Our support groups offer education for a healthier life, as you meet with fellow patients who share experience and advice.
LVAD Support Group
If you have a weakened heart or heart failure, you may be wondering if a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) is right for you. Or, you may already be living with one. In either case, we encourage you and your family to join us. Ask questions, share your experiences, meet new friends and learn how to maximize your life.

Heart Works: A Heart Failure Education &
Support Group
This heart failure support group meets the fourth Thursday of each month to help patients better manage heart failure and live the healthiest life possible. It is open to all patients, families, caregivers and friends in the community, and is held at The Christ Hospital in Mt. Auburn:
