Sara Kleinschmidt, MD, earned her Bachelor of Science in cognitive science and Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from Indiana University and her medical degree from Northwestern University. She completed her residency in family medicine and her fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at The Christ Hospital.

Dr. Kleinschmidt is board-certified in family medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Alpha Omega Alpha. Her areas of interest include palliative care, preventative care, primary care in adults and teens and well women care.
