“My desire to help others and interest in science led me into the field of medicine. I am pleased to be able to serve my community by providing outstanding, compassionate, quality medical care. Being a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician allows me to do what I love; care for the sick. I provide and coordinate care to those who are chronically and critically ill. Working in the intensive care unit (ICU) is intellectually stimulating. I enjoy the coordinating and overseeing the overall care of the patient and knowing that my patients are getting the best medical care available.
Interventional Pulmonology is at the forefront of pulmonary medicine and I strive to continually develop my skills in this area. My special interest in pulmonary medicine includes asthma, pulmonary arterial hypertension, and ARDS. I started the first bronchial thermoplasty program for the treatment of severe persistent asthma in the Tri-state area.”
