Aaron Harvey, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with The Christ Hospital Health Network who specializes in orthopedic care. He provides same-day care for patients at the Orthopedic After-Hours Clinic in Mt. Auburn.

Aaron was driven to pursue a career in medicine by a strong interest in science, physiology, and the human body, along with a desire to make a meaningful impact on other’s lives through compassion, empowerment, and healing.

He takes a patient-centered approach to providing care while building a patient-provider relationship that is rooted in transparency, empathy, empowerment, and open, two-way communication. “My goal is to always foster an environment of personalized care built upon the Hippocratic oath to enhance the patient-care experience and improve outcomes and quality of life,” Aaron says.

He is a strong advocate for being proactive about all aspects of wellbeing, and not just to avoid illness. “Our health is the foundation for everything we set out to do and accomplish in life,” he says. “It provides us with the energy, strength, and clarity to live life to the fullest. Plus, our own health can greatly impact the overall wellbeing of our families and communities.”

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He is certified by the National Board on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic surgery, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

When not providing care, Aaron values spending time with his family and friends and keeping himself active and centered through spending time outdoors, sports, and fitness. He loves to explore new cultures, places, and especially food through travel. He is also dedicated to involvement with community outreach opportunities and making a lasting impact by empowering a culture of unity and collaboration.
