Brandy Kramer, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Surgical Services who specializes in care of patients undergoing general surgery. She sees patients at the Mt. Auburn and Montgomery locations.
She was driven to pursue a career in healthcare by a passion for medicine and a goal to help cure those who are ailing. That goal was inspired by a close family member who was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Brandy approaches care for her patients with a belief that everybody deserves to be given the best care possible and that establishing trust between provider and patient is important to delivering that care. “Every patient has their own unique story,” she says. “I like to get to know each of them on a more personal level because that helps to establish that trust.”
She earned an Associates of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and she earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
In her free time, Brandy enjoys spending time with her fiancé’ and taking care of their cats. She loves exploring new areas to shop and trying new restaurants.
