Tammy Trenaman, APRN-CNP, HF-CERT, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Heart & Vascular, providing care for patients at the Montgomery Outpatient Center.
As early as junior high, Tammy developed a strong fascination for science. Combining this interest with her passion for helping people led her to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner.
She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Nursing from Miami University and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from Ball State University. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds heart failure certification from the Heart Failure Society of America.
Tammy's approach to patient care focuses on empowering, educating, and engaging patients as partners in their medical care while respecting each patient's unique perspective and preferences.
In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in activities such as hiking, running, DIY projects, rock climbing, exploring national parks, and playing board games.
