Nolan Johnson, PA-C, is a physician assistant with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care. As a family medicine specialist, he cares for patients of all ages including children, teenagers, adults, and seniors.
Nolan says he approaches each patient by trying to understand their needs and goals, then helping them choose the best path. “My job is to help patients live a full, vibrant life amongst the ‘bumps in the road’ that we experience from aging and disease,” Nolan explains. “This can be done through a genuine patient-to-provider relationship that makes use of mutual respect, clear communication, and goal-sharing.”
Nolan earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences. He is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Catholic Medical Association.
Outside of medicine, Nolan enjoys being outdoors with his family hiking, skiing, boating, gardening, and playing sports. He also enjoys reading, live music, cheering on the Bengals and Reds, and a quality date night with his wife. He’s also active in the Catholic Church, working for his parish in various roles.
