Katy Meeker is a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care. She provides comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Whether her patients come in for a routine physical or for management of health conditions, Katy encourages them to keep the lines of communication open. “Communication is key. Ask questions and follow up,” Katy says. “Be an advocate for yourself and take preventative steps to keep yourself healthy.”
Katy earned an associate degree in nursing from Southern State Community College. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Katy and her husband have three sons that they enjoy cheering on in sports. She enjoys traveling to warmer climates.
