Dr. Cheng completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University of Ohio, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a minor in neuroscience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed her otolaryngology residency at the Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Cheng completed her Head and Neck Oncologic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.
Dr. Cheng holds several professional memberships such as the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the American Head and Neck Society, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the Triological Society. Her areas of interest include head and neck cancer, transoral robotic surgery, head and neck reconstruction, thyroid surgery, nasal/sinus disorders and surgery, and salivary gland tumors.
When not treating patients, she enjoys yoga, golf, hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Peyton.
