Dr. Jonathan B. Slaughter completed his undergraduate work at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. His orthopaedic surgery training was at the Hospital of University of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He also completed an additional fellowship year of subspecialty training for hand and upper extremity surgery at the University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Slaughter is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, AO Trauma North America, and is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH), the AO Foundation.
Dr. Slaughter has served as an editor for the University of Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Journal, and was frequently published and lectured during his education and training. Outside of the office, Dr. Slaughter enjoys spending time with his family and children, sports, fishing, hiking, reading, and serving on mission trips for global health.
Dr. Slaughter sees patients at the Florence, Highland Heights, and Edgewood offices.
