Event Hopes to Inspire Youth to Achieve their Dreams

CINCINNATI (February 12, 2025) - The Christ Hospital Health Network’s Black Excellence United (BE-U) team has partnered with Cincinnati Youth Collaborative to create more opportunities for underrepresented students to explore careers in the health field.

Students from Robert A. Taft High School took part in mock interviews and practice sessions designed to replicate a real job interview. The event was held at The Joint & Spine Center at The Christ Hospital's Mt. Aburn Campus. These mock interviews provided a safe and controlled environment for students to connect with healthcare professional, sharpen their interviewing skills while gaining confidence in hopes that this will help bridge the gap between education and the working world. Panelists helping include team members from a variety of specialties in the healthcare field. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to explore career opportunities with some of our top leaders.
