CINCINNATI (February 7, 2025) – The Christ Hospital Health Network has been named as one of the country’s Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospitals® according to an independent analysis by Premier, Inc. The Christ Hospital is the sixth ranked teaching hospital with a cardiovascular residency program.
Hospitals that made the list had significantly higher inpatient survival, fewer patients with complications, lower readmission rates for certain procedures and cost efficiency in patient savings. The Christ Hospital Health Network received five stars for heart failure, acute myocardial infarction (AMI), coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

The final rankings are determined based on performance for all individual measures. Hospitals are ranked within three separate peer groups: teaching hospitals with cardiovascular residency programs (20 top performing facilities), teaching hospitals without cardiovascular residency programs (20 top performing facilities) and community hospitals (10 top performing facilities).
