Joyce Oh Starts Her New Role on October 28, 2024

CINCINNATI (October 11, 2024) – The Christ Hospital Health Network has named Joyce Oh as its new Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer. Her first day will be October 28. Following a national search, Oh joins the network with more than 25 years of experience in information technology and digital transformation across healthcare, research and retail sectors.

Oh will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of The Christ Hospital Health Network’s digital transformation efforts, overseeing all aspects of information technology and healthcare technology management. She will focus on using technology to enhance patient and team member experiences while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Prior to joining The Christ Hospital Health Network, Oh served as Chief Information Officer at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, where she led groundbreaking digital innovation initiatives, including cybersecurity programs and generative AI projects. Under Oh's leadership, the Information Technology team played an instrumental role in the successful launch of Moffitt McKinley Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility known for cutting-edge technology and digital patient care.

Joyce Oh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also completed the Business Analytics for Leaders program at UC Berkeley Executive Education and is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library.

Oh is passionate about promoting education, particularly in encouraging girls to pursue STEM careers. She also enjoys writing middle-school fiction and is currently working on a "Science Fantasy Adventure Mystery" for her two young sons.
