Celina Insurance Group members on the PPO plan will have their deductible and coinsurance waived when using the covered services offered through the Center of Excellence program. Members on the HDHP/HSA plan will have the option of an HSA deposit or Payroll Bonus equivalent to the Out of Pocket Maximum on their plan. Celina members are also eligible for travel reimbursement for traveling to The Christ Hospital for COE procedures.
