The COE program has been thoughtfully and specifically designed to offer exceptional care and value, the very best outcome, and an outstanding patient experience, including working with a nurse navigator through your entire care process.

To get started with the enrollment and eligibility process, please call 513-263-9194 or send an email to us at HeartCare@TheChristHospital.com. We will collect some information, confirm your eligibility, and begin the process of enrolling you into the program. After the completion of this call, the Cardiac Care Navigator will contact you to discuss the specifics of the program, assist you with questions, and help with scheduling appointments.
YUSA plan members that utilize The Christ Hospital Center of Excellence for eligible joint and spine care will be reimbursed their out of pocket copay if the surgery is performed through the COE program. You will need to officially enroll prior to your surgery by calling the Nurse Navigators. You can find more information by clicking on the titles on the left of this page, including the services also available for Heart procedures through the Center of Excellence program.
